The practice problem
Patients arrive with questions, incomplete research, and different levels of understanding. Staff spend valuable time repeating foundational information while the consultation window gets smaller.

The combined solution
Clarity AI Studio creates the education. The Clarity Platform makes it timely, sequenced, measurable, and actionable.
An inquiry, appointment, form, or configured workflow event starts the Journey.
Short episodes reach the patient by SMS, email, link, or another approved channel.
Next steps stay clear while approved engagement signals return to the practice.
Clarity AI Studio
Start with clinically accurate, peer-reviewed scripts for supported procedures. Then tailor the language, clinical perspective, brand, and next step to your practice.
Clarity manages the presenter performance, practice branding, B-roll, graphics, captions, music, and audio mixing and mastering.

Yes—and we welcome you to try. Many tools can create an AI-generated video. The difference is a proven, managed production process that protects clinical accuracy, consistency, and quality while shaping every Journey around how you specifically educate your patients. Clarity combines performance direction, voice and likeness calibration, clinical review, and shot-by-shot post-production so the finished education feels credible, practice-specific, and true to your expertise.
Typical self-service AI result
Created with a top-tier generative AI video tool—but with AI trusted to make the creative and content decisions. The result is inconsistent performance, clinically inaccurate information, and an artificial look.Provider Digital Twin: likeness with consistency
See how Clarity recreates the surgeon’s likeness, voice, cadence, and on-camera delivery so patient education remains consistent from one Journey to the next, without asking the provider to return to camera.Four current markets
Practices can launch with out-of-the-box, general peer-reviewed education through the Base subscription, then add specialty-specific, practice-approved content and a Journey structure matched to the patient decision.
Prepare patients for high-consideration consultations with clear education about procedures, options, expectations, and recovery.
Help patients understand cataracts, lens choices, refractive care, and what to expect before and after treatment.
Guide patients through conditions, treatment pathways, procedure preparation, and follow-up in a consistent sequence.
Explain implants, restorative care, aligners, and smile treatment planning before the patient reaches the chair.
Production economics comparison
A one-day conventional shoot still requires pre-production, crew, equipment, post-production, review, and delivery. Clarity AI Studio replaces that production burden with a managed, maintainable system.
Representative comparison for 15 finished videos. The conventional figure is a best-case planning model and excludes scriptwriting, clinician time, travel, and medical-review coordination. Actual quotes vary by market and scope. Clarity figures reflect current one-time production fees; monthly platform subscriptions are separate.
Ongoing content maintenance
A traditional update can restart the production cycle. An ordinary in-scope Clarity AI Studio change stays inside one managed content workflow.
Current Ascend and Peak subscriptions include up to two in-scope minor-update requests per month. Major revisions, new versions, and localization require separate scope.
Localization per audience
0+One approved Journey can become a multilingual education system without rebuilding the entire production model for every audience.
Automated delivery
Education can start from the systems your team already uses, reach the patient automatically, and return engagement data.
01A configured event in the CRM, EMR, or practice-management system starts the workflow.
02Education reaches the patient at the configured moment on the device they already use.
03Configured reporting helps the practice see what patients watched and where questions remain.
Exact connectors, triggers, field mapping, data flow, and implementation scope are confirmed during onboarding.
Address common questions proactively before staff repeats the same explanation.
Deliver education at the configured stage instead of relying only on one-off reminders.
Train against a consistent education system when roles change or new team members join.
Engagement intelligence
Understand what patients are watching, where they stop, how the Journey was delivered, and what they report through configured surveys.
Interface shown for design demonstration. Figures are illustrative, not performance claims.

Common questions
We will map the first Journey, the right presenter option, and the delivery workflow around your practice.
A Journey is a short, sequenced education experience that can combine videos, messages, links, questions, and calls to action. It is designed to help a patient understand a condition, procedure, treatment choice, or next step over time.
No. Clarity supports the clinical conversation. Diagnosis, candidacy, treatment selection, and medical advice remain with the provider. The practice reviews and approves the education before release.
Supported procedures can begin with clinically accurate, peer-reviewed starting scripts, so the practice is not starting from a blank page. Clarity then manages production, finishing, Journey assembly, review, and implementation.
Clarity supports integration-based workflows. The exact connector, trigger, field mapping, data flow, and implementation scope are confirmed for each practice during onboarding.
Yes. Approved content can be revised without recreating a traditional shoot, and it can be localized for supported audiences. Availability and output vary by language, and clinical, regulatory, cultural, and practice review are required before release.
The practice controls the scripts, clinical guidance, imagery, disclaimers, review, approval, and release of patient education content.
Clarity supports HIPAA-compliant patient education workflows and applies administrative, technical, and contractual safeguards appropriate to the configured services. Deployment-specific privacy, security, BAA, integration, and data-handling terms are confirmed during contracting and implementation.
Each Provider Digital Twin requires separate provider authorization, practice approval, and permitted-use controls. The approved identity, content, audiences, and distribution scope are governed for the specific deployment.
